Is setup / takedown included?

Yes! Prices listed online include setup and takedown. The only additional charge is a delivery fee, which can be calculated by one of our team members.

Can I set the tent up myself?

Unfortunately, we can not allow any customers to set up the tents theirself. Customers are free, however, to set up tables and chairs as they see fit.

I can't find what I'm looking for.

If we don't list an item you need for your event, just let us know. We're always looking to expand our inventory and work with other companies to subrent equiptment from them. If we still can't get what you need, we'll try and point you in the right direction.

What time do you set up / take down?

We typically have a flexible schedule and can work with clients to arrange to a setup/takedown time convienient for everyone. If you have specific time constraints, we ask that you let us know prior to booking.

What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

The primary differences customers should take into account are: 1. Pole tents must be staked, so they can only be installed on grass/dirt. 2. Pole tents have center poles which may interfere with the layout under the tent if not properly accounted for.
